The fundamentals of pitching are the staple of reliability for a pitcher's long-term success. Although it is a difficult thing to do, it is important to anticipate competition that will require pinpoint accuracy and high percentages of pitch execution.

Detailed Description
Learning, understanding, and mastering correct movements will provide a solid base for the further development of pitchers. There is not a college freshman pitcher on the planet that will not take her share of lumps throughout her first year of college softball. The ability to improve and to continually take your game to a higher level is vital.
I have often been told that people appreciate the simplicity and common sense understanding they get from seeing the biomechanical breakdown of the pitching motion. That is the goal of this disc: to provide simple, common sense understanding of the fundamental fastpich motion and the movements required to throw the advanced pitches. Good luck!
