Detailed Description
This CD-ROM provides baseball coaches with the ability to understand and teach the key balance positions of "FRED CORRAL'S BALANCED APPROACH TO THE PITCHING PROCESS" using future hall of fame pitcher John Smoltz as the reference model. The DCD series also provides a set of pitching mechanics templates. When used with the Dartfish Video Analysis tools, it provides quick and easy check points that will ensure your pitcher is balanced throughout the entire pitching process and will develop consistent target accuracy, consistent power, and help prevent any serious arm and shoulder injuries.
Also included on the CD-ROM are some special instructional books and templates for taking your pitcher to the next level.
