Please note: We customize each computer system we sell to meet your exact specifications. Please allow a minimum of 3 to 5 business days for us to process and prepare your new computer system for delivery. Purchase price does not include Dartfish Software.
Warranty / Support
Hardware technical support and warranty service is provided by Vision Computers, Inc. For computer related issues, please call: 770-840-9249 or email support@visioncomputers.com.
- We offer a three-year parts & labor warranty on all computer systems built by Vision Computers.
- Our renowned
Atlanta based technical phone support is available 24/7/365 at no additional cost for the life of the system.
- If you have high speed internet service, then you can receive remote technical support M-F 9am – 7pm and Saturday 10am – 5pm (EST). This is the service where our technicians can take control of your computer for problem solving.
- The service warranty covers HARDWARE ONLY. It does NOT cover Software, Software related issues, user error & abuse, and/or acts of God.
- When inquiring for service or support please have the following information on hand: 1) customer name or account number, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.
- You are responsible for shipping charges if your system or a part is sent back for service/repair; we will pay for shipping the system/part back to you.
- Prior to shipping any parts/system back to Vision, please contact technical support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Unfortunately, packages will be refused without the issued RMA number.
- When shipping a system for service, we recommend that you double box the computer to avoid damage while in transit.
- We also strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and that you use a carrier service that can provide you with a tracking number and proof of delivery.
- In the unlikely event that you should want to return your Vision Computer for a refund, returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of invoice. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories, drivers or software and documentation provided by the manufactures. Also, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
- No returns on any opened software or any registered software.
- Please call 770-840-9249 or e-mail support@visioncomputers.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
