SPECIAL NOTE:  During installation, you will be prompted to enter the Username and Serial Number included with your software package.  Next, you will need to request an activation code (the software will guide you through the activation process).

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

I.  THE DARTFISH CONNECT:  ONE-YEAR SUBSCRIPTION SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

I agree that if I install the software, I will be bound by the terms and conditions of the Dartfish Software End-User License Agreement included online or with the product.  In particular, I understand that I cannot sell, transfer, modity, or copy the Dartfish Software.  Though functionally identical to software used by professionals, the Dartfish Connect:  One-Year Subscription contains a limited-term license.  The license is valid for exactly one (1) year from the date of activation and will self-expire at that time.  The Dartfish Connect:  One-Year Subscription is renewable on an annual basis.

 

II.  TO PURCHASE OTHER DARTFISH PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Information regarding purchasing other Dartfish software products, services and pricing is available through the Dartfish Sales Network.  Please visit us online at www.dartfish.com for more information.

 

III.  TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Standard commercial technical support is NOT available for the Dartfish Connect:  One-Year Subscription.  Basic installation and registration support can be obtained from Dartfish Customer Service at www.dartfish.com/support.  Dartfish offers other programs for technical support with established fees.  Free email support is always available at support@dartfish.com.

 

IV.  AGREEMENT OF TERMS

I agree to the terms and conditions stated herein and meet the requirements as indicated in Section I.
