Detailed Description

As a registered Dartfish product owner, you receive a period of complimentary, person-to-person phone support.  The support period begins with the delivery of your product.  The length of the complimentary support period depends on the version of the product you purchased and whether it is a first-time purchase or an upgrade to a Dartfish product you already own.

The Dartfish Annual Support Agreement is available to new and existing Dartfish customers only, and is subject to the Dartfish Support Terms and Conditions.  The Dartfish Annual Support Agreement is available only to individual, single-user licensed Dartfish products.

Dartfish technical support is available Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 5:00pm EST as described in the Dartfish Support Terms and Conditions.

The expiration date is shown on the Confirmation Letter included with your purchase.

After your complimentary support period ends, you can still receive personal service from qualified support specialists at our website, or by sending an email to usasupport@dartfish.com.
