Detailed Description
Receive unlimited support AND complimentary software upgrades for your Dartfish product for a period of one-year. You'll also receive a $100.00 Gift Certificate good towards the purchase of online training. The Dartfish Annual Maintenance Agreement is only available to individual, single-user licensed Dartfish products.
Included with your purchase, you are qualified to receive the latest Dartfish Product 5.5 Upgrade! For example: if you currently have the Dartfish ProSuite 3.0, you will be upgraded to the Dartfish ProSuite 5.5.
Please note: Upon receipt of your product upgrade, you are required to return your software dongle (see return instructions below). Dartfish Version 5.0 does not require a dongle.

As a registered Dartfish product owner, you receive a period of complimentary, person-to-person phone support. The support period begins with the delivery of your product. The length of the complimentary support period depends on the version of the product you purchased and whether it is a first-time purchase or an upgrade to a Dartfish product you already own.
The Dartfish Annual Maintenance Agreement is available to new and existing Dartfish customers only, and is subject to the Dartfish Support Terms and Conditions. The Dartfish Annual Maintenance Agreement is available only to individual, single-user licensed Dartfish products.
Dartfish technical support is available Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 5:00pm EST as described in the Dartfish Support Terms and Conditions.
The expiration date is shown on the Confirmation Letter included with your purchase.
After your complimentary support period ends, you can still receive personal service from qualified support specialists at our website, or by sending an email to usasupport@dartfish.com.

Return Instructions
Upgrading to Dartfish Version 5.5 requires the return of the stated number of Dongles to the following address:

Send the shipment as registered and insured delivery. Shipment with a trackable delivery system, such as FEDEX or UPS is suggested. Dartfish will not be held responsible for lost or stolen Dongles.
Dongle(s) must be returned no later than thirty (30) days from date of receipt of your new Dartfish Version 5.0 License.
*In cases of a Lost or Stolen Dongle, a copy of your police report detailing the theft or insurance claim may be required. Please fax to Dartfish USA c/o Dongle Exchange Program at (404) 685-9130.
Should you fail to return the exact number of Dongles, Dartfish may either debit your credit card, or charge you a fee up to the total list price of the full product software package for each unreturned Dongle. In addition, Dartfish will also pursue for all applicable legal costs necessary.
